Silergy launches new automotive ASIL-B MCU series

Silicon Power recently released a new generation of automotive ASIL-B MCU series, including three models: SA32B12, SA32B14 and SA32B16. These MCUs use a 120MHz M4F core and provide 128KB to 512KB of flash storage capacity. They are mainly used in automotive instruments, lights, low-voltage BMS (12/48V lithium battery), thermal management systems and other scenarios. In addition, Silicon Power has also launched a supporting ecosystem, including application documentation, software packages, EVB evaluation boards, etc., to support developers to quickly get started.
