Chinese auto companies’ ESG performance is eye-catching

In terms of ESG, Chinese auto companies have performed well. Ideal, Xiaopeng and BYD have all received MSCI AA ratings. Among them, Ideal and Xiaopeng have maintained AA ratings, while BYD successfully upgraded from A to AA in 2022. Geely, as a leader in traditional auto brands, has also performed well in ESG.
