Nord shares intends to raise no more than 100% of the transaction price

In addition to acquiring the equity of Hubei Nord Lithium Battery, Nord shares also plans to issue new shares to no more than 35 specific investors to raise supporting funds not exceeding 100% of its transaction price. These funds will be used to support the listed company's project construction, supplement working capital or repay debts.
