CRRC Times Semiconductor introduces strategic direct investment from SAIC Motors in mixed-ownership reform

Zhuzhou CRRC Times Semiconductor Co., Ltd. ("CRRC Times Semiconductor"), as a subsidiary of CRRC Times Electric Co., Ltd., has successfully introduced strategic direct investment from SAIC. CRRC Times Semiconductor is one of the few semiconductor companies in China that adopts the IDM model, focusing on the development and application of IGBT, SiC, bipolar devices and their component technologies. This cooperation will further deepen the business ties between the two parties in the fields of rail transit, smart grid, new energy vehicles, etc.
