The registered capital of Volkswagen (Anhui) Co., Ltd. increased from approximately RMB 7.356 billion to approximately RMB 13.856 billion. The company was established in December 2017, with Volkswagen (China) Investment Co., Ltd. and JAC Motors holding 75% and 25% of the shares respectively.
