GM misses 2023 electric vehicle production target

GM's goal for 2023 is to produce 150,000 electric vehicles, about half of which will be new models using Ultium battery packs. In fact, GM sold 75,000 electric vehicles in 2023, most of which were Chevrolet Bolt EV and Bolt EUV (low-priced models that do not use Ultium batteries).
