Guoxuan High-tech wins second mining rights

Guoxuan High-tech has obtained the second mining right in Yichun, Jiangxi. Yichun Guoxuan Mining has successfully obtained the mining right of the porcelain clay (including lithium) mine in Shuinan section of Geshili Mining Area in Yifeng County, with a validity period of 5 years and an annual production scale of 3 million tons. This move marks the further consolidation of Guoxuan High-tech's layout in the upstream raw materials end. Previously, Yichun Guoxuan Mining has become the controlling shareholder of Huali Mining and holds a 51% stake in it.
