Wanli Shares terminates acquisition of Terry Battery

On February 21, Wanli Shares announced the termination of its major asset restructuring with Terry Battery. Terry Battery mainly deals in lithium iron phosphate materials, and the termination of the acquisition means that Wanli Shares will no longer be involved in the lithium battery field.
