Guoxuan High-tech GDR successfully listed on the Swiss Stock Exchange

Guoxuan High-tech GDR was successfully listed on the Swiss Stock Exchange. The listing ceremony was held simultaneously in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Switzerland. Guoxuan High-tech became the first Chinese power battery manufacturer to be successfully listed in Switzerland, with an issuance scale of approximately 22.8334 million shares, accounting for 6.4% of the total share capital, and raising funds of approximately US$685 million.
