Guoxuan High-tech and Argentina's JEMSE jointly build a lithium carbonate production line with an annual output of 10,000 tons

On June 24, Guoxuan High-tech signed a cooperation agreement with the Jujuy State Energy and Mining Company (JEMSE) of Argentina to jointly establish a joint venture company to build a production line with an annual output of 10,000 tons of battery-grade lithium carbonate, and plans to expand it to 50,000 tons in the future. JEMSE is responsible for the exploration and supply of local lithium mineral resources, and Guoxuan High-tech provides technical support. The two parties will also cooperate to develop lithium battery manufacturing and other businesses. This move marks the further advancement of Guoxuan High-tech's global supply chain strategy.
