SAIC Motor and CATL jointly established SAIC-SAIC Power Battery with a registered capital of RMB 2 billion, mainly engaged in lithium-ion batteries, lithium polymer batteries and other businesses. In addition, the two parties also jointly invested in the establishment of SAIC-SAIC Power Battery System.
