NIO reaches battery swap technology cooperation with Chery and JAC Motors Group

NIO announced that it has signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement on battery swapping with Chery Automobile and JAC Motors Group. The two parties will cooperate in battery swapping battery standards, battery swapping technology, and battery swapping service network construction. JAC Motors plans to launch new energy vehicles that are "chargeable, swappable, and upgradeable" to enhance user experience.
