Wuxi Xindong Semiconductor Technology's 750V/820A IGBT power module obtains automotive-grade AQG324 certification

On June 25, 2023, Wuxi Xindong Semiconductor Technology's 750V/820A IGBT power module successfully passed the automotive-grade AQG324 certification. The certification was conducted by a third-party authoritative organization, China Radio and Television Measurement, with test standards higher than industry standards, involving three different batches of samples, three times the number required by AQG324. Among them, the environmental reliability test added an additional 175°C condition on the basis of 150°C, and Xindong Semiconductor's products successfully passed all tests.
