GAC Group and CATL jointly established GAC Power Battery with a registered capital of RMB 1 billion. CATL holds 51% of the shares, GAC Group holds 43% and GAC Aion holds 6%. The company is mainly engaged in lithium-ion battery and power battery businesses.
