GAC Group launches mixed-ownership reform of GAC Commerce

GAC Group will focus on researching and promoting the mixed-ownership reform and employee shareholding of GAC Trading in 2024. GAC Trading responded quickly, established a leadership group and a working group for the mixed-ownership reform project, and held a mixed-ownership reform kick-off meeting on January 26. The meeting aims to unify understanding, carefully plan the mixed-ownership reform path, stimulate employee vitality, and enhance corporate competitiveness. Yan Jianming, Party Secretary and Chairman of GAC Trading, emphasized that mixed-ownership reform is a key measure to promote state-owned enterprise reform and improve the level of market-oriented operations.
