Honda Motor and Nissan Motor's production and sales data for the previous fiscal year were released

Honda Motor and Nissan Motor also released production and sales data for the previous fiscal year. Honda Motor's global sales increased by 12% year-on-year to 4.1 million vehicles, and production increased by 7.8% year-on-year to 4.1 million vehicles. Nissan's global production was 3.4 million vehicles, up 3.9% from the same period last year, and sales increased by about 9% to 3.4 million vehicles. However, Toyota Motor, Honda Motor and Nissan Motor still faced production or sales slowdowns in March. Affected by sales declines in countries such as Thailand and Indonesia, Toyota's global sales in March were 941,222 vehicles, down 7.4% year-on-year; production was 886,136 vehicles, down 15.9% year-on-year. Honda Motor's global sales in March increased slightly, but production fell 19% year-on-year. Nissan's global production in March fell 20% year-on-year.
