Shengxin Lithium Energy envisage d'augmenter le capital de Qicheng Mining avec 500 millions de yuans de ses fonds propres

Shengxin Lithium Energy a annoncé son intention d'augmenter le capital de Qicheng Mining avec 500 millions de yuans sur ses fonds propres. Une fois l'augmentation de capital réalisée, le taux de participation de Shengtun Lithium dans Qicheng Mining passera de 38 % à 43,18 %.
