On April 6, 2023, Li Ke Technology Co., Ltd. announced the completion of a RMB 400 million Series B equity financing. This round of financing was jointly led by China Science and Technology Industry Investment Management Co., Ltd. and Lihe Capital, with strategic investments from Nezha Capital, BAIC Capital, Yiqi Lihe (a joint venture platform between FAW Group and Lihe Capital), Liming Venture Capital, Yanying Investment, Guangzhou Science City Venture Capital, and Longding Investment, and continued investment from old shareholders Yuanjing Capital, Shanghai Free Trade Zone Fund, Harvest Investment, and Jiuhe Venture Capital. The company was established in January 2022 and has raised a total of RMB 600 million in 16 months.
