Tesla's Texas Gigafactory reaches battery production target, capable of producing 1,000 Cybertrucks per week

Tesla announced that its Gigafactory Texas has successfully achieved its battery production target, enough to support the production of 1,000 Cybertruck electric pickups per week. The plant initially focused on producing 4680 batteries for the Model Y, but has now turned to producing a dedicated battery version for Cybertruck. Despite previous concerns about the production capacity and performance of the 4680 battery, Tesla still said it has enough battery inventory to support the production of Cybertruck.
