Schneider in talks to acquire US software maker Bentley

Schneider Electric is in talks with U.S. engineering software maker Bentley about a potential acquisition deal. Schneider Electric confirmed on Monday that the discussions are at an early stage as part of its strategy to build its industrial technology capabilities.
