In fact, He Xiaopeng is not the original founder of Xpeng Motors. In 2014, Xia Heng co-founded Xpeng Motors with He Tao and Yang Chunlei, serving as president and vice president respectively. He Xiaopeng was originally an angel investor of Xpeng Motors and joined Xpeng Motors as chairman in 2017.
