SemiDrive Technology releases a new generation of regional controller chip product family

SemiDrive Technology released a new generation of regional controller (ZCU) automotive chip product family at the Beijing Auto Show. These products include the E3650 flagship chip, which uses the latest ARM Cortex R52+ high-performance lock-step multi-core cluster, supports virtualization, non-volatile memory (NVM) up to 16MB, and a main frequency of up to 600MHz. It will compete fiercely with competitors such as Infineon.
