Volkswagen implements severance pay plan, up to RMB 3.1325 million

Volkswagen is implementing a severance pay plan that is categorized according to employees' years of service and collective agreements. The minimum severance pay is RMB 137,100 for employees who have worked for the company for more than five years, while the maximum severance pay is RMB 3,132,500 for employees who have worked for the company for at least 20 years.
