Tesla's U.S. factory workers get minimum wage of $22 an hour

According to Tesla's internal documents, the minimum hourly wage for U.S. factory workers is $22 and the maximum is $39. Tesla divides compensation into three standards based on the cost of living and divides workers into seven levels. It is expected that by 2027, the highest-paid auto workers will earn more than $40 per hour.
