Leapmotor and Stellantis Group reach strategic cooperation

On October 26 last year, Leapmotor announced a strategic partnership with Stellantis Group, which plans to invest approximately 1.5 billion euros to acquire approximately 20% of Leapmotor’s equity and establish a joint venture company, Leapmotor International. The joint venture will be responsible for global market sales and manufacturing operations outside Greater China.
