Weilai's equity exposure: Li Bin holds 8.5% of the shares and has 38.5% of the voting rights

The 2023 annual report submitted by NIO Group recently shows that as of March 31, 2024, Li Bin, founder and CEO of NIO, holds 8.5% of the shares and has 38.5% of the voting rights. Middle Eastern capital CYVN Investments RSC holds 20.1% of the shares and has 13.4% of the voting rights; Tencent holds 5.7% of the shares and has 3.9% of the voting rights. However, as of today, NIO's stock price is $4.11, with a market value of approximately $8.578 billion; this has led to a floating loss of more than $1.5 billion for Middle Eastern capital CYVN, with a floating loss ratio of up to 49%.
