Ding Lei, founder of HiPhi, issued a statement, saying that he would file a lawsuit against Jia Yueting for defamation. Ding Lei stressed that he had never violated the trade secrets and intellectual property rights of LeEco and FF during his tenure at LeEco and after leaving.
