Zhanxin Electronics was named one of the top ten SiC wafer manufacturing companies in China in 2022

Zhanxin Electronics was awarded the title of China's Top Ten SiC Wafer Manufacturing Companies in 2022. The company focuses on developing SiC power devices, drive and control chips, power modules and other products, and provides one-stop chip solutions. Zhanxin Electronics is the first company in China to independently develop 6-inch SiC MOSFET products and process platforms, and built an automotive-grade SiC wafer factory in July 2022, with a designed annual output of 300,000 6-inch SiC wafers. In addition, Zhanxin Electronics has successfully mass-produced SiC MOSFET products and has entered the mass production stage.
