Didi Autonomous Driving and GAC Aion Establish Joint Venture

Didi Autonomous Driving and GAC Aion's joint venture Guangzhou Andi Technology was officially established, with each party holding 50% of the shares. The company aims to build Robotaxi mass-produced vehicles, with the first mass-produced model scheduled to be launched in 2024 and the first commercial L4 model to be launched in 2025. The model will be based on GAC Aion's AEP3.0 platform and Xingling architecture, equipped with Didi's full set of autonomous driving technologies and the latest generation of cockpit entertainment systems.
