Manufacturing process and measurement scheme of SAW gyroscope

The research team from Northwestern Polytechnical University introduced a SAW gyroscope manufacturing process, including the use of MEMS technology to manufacture SAW devices. They also proposed a measurement scheme for evaluating the response characteristics of SAW gyroscopes.
