JIHEC Launches New 55nm Single-Chip High-Pixel Back-Illuminated CMOS Image Sensor

Following the mass production of 90nm CMOS image sensors and 55nm stacked CMOS image sensors, Hefei Jinghe Integrated Circuit Co., Ltd. (Jinghe Integrated Circuit) has once again launched a new CMOS image sensor product. Recently, Jinghe Integrated's 55nm single-chip, high-pixel back-illuminated (BSI) image sensor has been mass-produced, which will provide strong support for different application scenarios of smartphones and help them move from the low-end market to the mid-to-high-end market.
