US considers ban on Chinese software for self-driving cars

According to insiders, the U.S. Department of Commerce may propose regulations in the coming weeks to ban the use of Chinese software in self-driving cars and connected cars. This regulation is intended to prevent software developed in China and other countries from being used in vehicles driving in the United States, including L3 and above self-driving cars.
