Samsung, SK Hynix and Micron HBM/TSV Capacity Forecast

TrendForce estimates the HBM/TSV production capacities of three major HBM manufacturers. Samsung's HBM TSV annual production capacity is expected to reach 130K/m in 2024, followed by SK Hynix, which can reach 120-125K/m, while Micron's production capacity is relatively small, only 20K/m.
