Dongni Electronics announced that it will expand its SiC project in Zhili Town, Wuxing District, Huzhou City, adding an annual output of 200,000 pieces of 6-inch silicon carbide substrate materials. The project has a total investment of 469 million yuan and will be constructed by its subsidiary Dongni Semiconductor. It is expected to be completed in the first half of 2023.
