Infineon Technologies signs long-term agreement with TECHNO to supply silicon carbide wafers

Infineon Technologies has signed a long-term agreement with Tianke Heda, which will supply Infineon with 150mm silicon carbide wafers and ingots for manufacturing silicon carbide semiconductor products. According to the agreement, Tianke Heda's supply is expected to account for a double-digit share of Infineon's long-term demand.
