Infineon to supply silicon carbide power modules to Xiaomi Auto until 2027

Infineon Technologies announced that it will supply Xiaomi Auto with silicon carbide (SiC) HybridPACK™ Drive G2 CoolSiC™ power modules and chip products until 2027. These modules can increase the range of electric vehicles. Infineon's HybridPACK™ Drive series has shipped nearly 8.5 million units since 2017.
