BYD launches new pure electric bus using SiC technology

BYD released the first new pure electric bus using SiC technology, BYD eBus B12, at the World Bus Expo 2023. The model uses blade-type lithium iron phosphate batteries and a new six-in-one controller based on SiC technology, as well as two innovative wheel hairpin motors.
