Guangdong Tianyu Semiconductor Co., Ltd. submits listing application and announces fund-raising plan

Guangdong Tianyu Semiconductor Co., Ltd. has submitted an application for listing to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and has made public its prospectus. According to the prospectus, the company plans to use the funds raised mainly to expand production capacity, develop new semiconductor materials, invest in research and development teams, and make strategic acquisitions. The company will invest part of the funds to purchase equipment and machinery to expand the production lines of existing production bases and new eco-park production bases. This is expected to create 490 new jobs. After the completion of the eco-park production base, the production capacity is expected to increase by 380,000 silicon carbide epitaxial wafers in 2025, and the total production capacity will reach about 800,000 wafers. In addition, the company also plans to expand production capacity in Southeast Asia according to market demand to better serve overseas customers.
