Zhejiang Bolant Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. plans to cooperate deeply with Yanling Town to jointly promote the implementation of the third-generation semiconductor silicon carbide substrate project. The project is expected to have a total investment of 1 billion yuan and aims to build a production base with an annual output of 250,000 6-8 inch silicon carbide substrates. Once the project is completed, it is expected to achieve annual sales revenue of 1.5 billion yuan.
