Nansha Wafer's wholly-owned subsidiary Shandong Zhongjing Xinyuan has made new progress in its 8-inch silicon carbide single crystal and substrate industrialization project. The total investment of this project is 1.5 billion yuan, and it is expected to achieve full production in 2025.
