The main plant of the Sanan STMicroelectronics project has been capped, and interior decoration and equipment procurement are in progress. The project is expected to complete the lighting and production of the substrate plant and chip plant in August and November this year respectively. After reaching full production, it is expected to produce 10,000 8-inch silicon carbide MOSFET chips per week. These chips will be mainly used in key components such as the main drive inverter, charging piles and on-board chargers of new energy vehicles.
