New Micron Semiconductor Core Components Project Signed and Settled in Haining Economic Development Zone

In March 2023, the new Micron semiconductor core component project was successfully signed in Haining Economic Development Zone. The project has a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan and is a silicon carbide project of Haining Economic Development Zone's "double recruitment and double introduction". It is expected to produce 10,627 silicon carbide components for advanced integrated circuit processes annually.
