Geely's CoreEngine Technology plans to launch an intelligent driving chip in the third quarter of 2023 with a maximum computing power of 256 TOPS, directly competing with Nvidia's Orin X chip. CoreEngine Technology was founded in 2018 and jointly invested by Ecarx and ARM China. It released its first 7nm smart cockpit chip "Dragon Eagle No. 1" in December 2021.
