Domestic silicon carbide MOS wafer factories include Shandong BYD, Nanjing 55th Institute, Shaoxing SMIC, Shanghai Jetta, Yiwu Zhanxin, Xiamen Silan Microelectronics, Shenzhen Basic Semiconductor, Shenzhen Huawei, Guangzhou Xinyue Energy, etc. These companies currently only produce devices, and the substrates are still dependent on imports.
