Maytech provides key products to Shanghai Microelectronics

Meitei Technology provides EFU (ultra-thin fan filter unit) and ULPA (ultra-high efficiency filter) and other products to meet the highest international cleanliness standards (ISO Class 1) in the lithography machine required by Shanghai Microelectronics, which is developing the first 28-nanometer lithography equipment in China, helping the domestic lithography machine industry to break through the technical bottlenecks.
