Luxin Semiconductor invests in high-precision integrated circuit photomask production line

In order to meet the needs of independent control in my country's semiconductor industry, Luxin Semiconductor invested in the construction of a high-precision integrated circuit photomask production line in the park. The project is divided into two phases. The first phase is planned to invest about 1.439 billion yuan to produce 45nm and above node masks; the second phase is planned to invest about 561 million yuan to produce 28nm and above node masks.
