China's first advanced semiconductor composite substrate production line is put into operation

The first domestic advanced semiconductor composite substrate production line has been successfully put into production, filling the domestic gap and effectively solving the problem of domestic advanced semiconductor composite substrate material shortage. The production line was invested and built by Qinghe Jingyuan Company. The initial production capacity is 30,000 pieces, and it is planned to reach 150,000 pieces in the future.
