Cross-border mergers and acquisitions of semiconductor assets by multiple companies have attracted attention

This year, seven semiconductor material companies have launched mergers and acquisitions, including three upstream silicon wafer manufacturers, Lianwei, TCL Zhonghuan and YUYUAN Silicon. In addition, four companies have acquired semiconductor assets from industries such as medicine, chemicals, commerce and precious metals, such as Shuangcheng Pharmaceutical, Bio-Chemical, You'A Shares and Pioneer Technology.
