China's semiconductor industry sees merger and acquisition boom in the second half of the year

According to Wind data, since the beginning of the year, a total of 31 mergers and acquisitions in China's semiconductor industry have been announced for the first time, of which more than half were first disclosed after September 20. Among these mergers and acquisitions, the semiconductor materials and analog chip fields had the most mergers and acquisitions, with a total of 14, accounting for nearly half.
