Hefei Century Golden Core received an order of 130,000 8-inch SiC substrates from Japan

Hefei Century Golden Core Semiconductor Co., Ltd. signed an order with a Japanese customer to deliver a total of 130,000 8-inch SiC substrates to the customer for three consecutive years from 2024 to 2026. The order is worth approximately US$200 million.
